Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine lists
  • Manage bar inventory, cleanliness, and supply orders
  • Engage guests professionally at the bar and provide recommendations
  • Process payments and maintain accurate bar billing records

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender in luxury or cocktail bars
  • Strong mixology skills and knowledge of spirits and wines
  • Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume bar service efficiently
  • Clean, organized work habits and professional demeanor
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to learn and create innovative cocktails
