Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and financial performance of the restaurant
- Lead and inspire the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop restaurant marketing strategies and seasonal menu promotions
- Manage operating expenses, labor costs, and guest satisfaction scores
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management in luxury hotels
- Strong leadership and staff training abilities
- Excellent business acumen and profit & loss management skills
- Passion for luxury lifestyle F&B and Kimpton brand culture
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
- Ability to lead in a high-pressure pre-opening environment
