Position: Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all banquet and event service operations
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure event requirements are met
- Lead banquet service staff during weddings, meetings, and galas
- Monitor banquet expenses, equipment inventory, and staff scheduling
- Ensure high standards of event setup and service execution
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in banquet management at a high-end hotel or venue
- Strong organizational and logistical planning skills
- Leadership experience with large event service teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Highly flexible and able to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Hospitality degree or certification is an advantage
