Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Beach House
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the Beach House restaurant to ensure luxury service standards.
- Manage and schedule shift staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume luxury restaurant or beach club.
- Deep passion for luxury dining and Indonesian hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
