Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine lists
- Manage bar inventory, cleanliness, and supply orders
- Engage guests professionally at the bar and provide recommendations
- Process payments and maintain accurate bar billing records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender in luxury or cocktail bars
- Strong mixology skills and knowledge of spirits and wines
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Ability to handle high-volume bar service efficiently
- Clean, organized work habits and professional demeanor
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to learn and create innovative cocktails
