Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, guest relations, and concierge teams.
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes that exceed Marriott brand standards.
- Manage room inventory, guest feedback, and VIP arrivals with precision.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the service skills of front office staff.
- Collaborate with revenue management to maximize occupancy and average daily rates.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury boutique or branded resort.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to lead a guest-facing team.
- Deep understanding of Marriott property management systems (e.g., Opera).
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to handle complex guest situations.
- Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and revenue optimization.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Highly motivated and energetic with a passion for world-class hospitality.
