Position: Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, guest relations, and concierge teams.
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes that exceed Marriott brand standards.
  • Manage room inventory, guest feedback, and VIP arrivals with precision.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the service skills of front office staff.
  • Collaborate with revenue management to maximize occupancy and average daily rates.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury boutique or branded resort.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to lead a guest-facing team.
  • Deep understanding of Marriott property management systems (e.g., Opera).
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to handle complex guest situations.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and revenue optimization.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Highly motivated and energetic with a passion for world-class hospitality.
