Position: Guest Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the guest service desk and lobby operations
  • Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and accurately
  • Provide on-the-floor support to guest service agents
  • Monitor service quality and compliance with brand standards
  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during peak times

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership potential with the ability to motivate a small team
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Guest-oriented with a focus on problem resolution
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian
