Position: Guest Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the guest service desk and lobby operations
- Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and accurately
- Provide on-the-floor support to guest service agents
- Monitor service quality and compliance with brand standards
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during peak times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership potential with the ability to motivate a small team
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Guest-oriented with a focus on problem resolution
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
