Position: Journey Curator (Butler / Concierge / FD Agent)
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end personalized service for guests during their stay
- Arrange bespoke itineraries and local experiences in Ubud
- Handle check-in, check-out, and billing procedures professionally
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest needs and inquiries
- Deliver surprise and delight moments through unscripted service
Qualifications:
- Experience in butler, concierge, or front desk roles in luxury hotels
- Extensive knowledge of local Ubud attractions and cultural spots
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
- Highly proactive with a strong attention to guest detail
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
