Position: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of the front desk team
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle escalated guest complaints and provide effective solutions
- Monitor front office administration and financial transactions
- Train and coach front desk agents on service excellence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience at the Supervisor level in Front Office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems
- Fluent in English

- Maximum 45 years of age
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
