Position: Corporate Sustainable Team
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper waste segregation according to categories including organic, inorganic, hazardous waste, and recyclable materials
- Monitor the proper use of segregated waste bins across the resort areas
- Ensure the working area remains clean, comfortable, and organized for all staff
- Monitor and prevent potential environmental pollution through proactive site inspections
- Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in daily operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sustainable programs or environmental management
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments
- Having a professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Good understanding of waste management protocols and environmental impact
- Able to work effectively as a Daily Worker in the Payangan area
- Detail-oriented with a focus on hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Physically fit and capable of performing operational monitoring tasks
