Position: Landscape Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and beautification of resort grounds
- Supervise landscaping staff and external garden contractors
- Plan and execute seasonal planting and landscape design updates
- Manage irrigation systems and garden equipment maintenance
- Maintain high standards of garden hygiene and safety
Qualifications:
- Experience in professional landscaping or gardening management
- Knowledge of Balinese flora and tropical landscape maintenance
- Leadership skills to manage a groundskeeping team
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Detailed-oriented with a focus on resort aesthetic appeal
- Basic knowledge of irrigation and landscaping tools
- Fluent in Indonesian; basic English is preferred
