Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment
- Supervise engineering attendants and coordinate daily tasks
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for the property
- Manage utility usage and ensure efficient operation of systems
- Handle technical issues and emergencies promptly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Engineering Supervisor
- Technical expertise in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Profesional, bertanggung jawab, berintegritas
- Maximum 45 years of age
- Minimum SMK/Diploma in Engineering
- Loyal to the company
