Position: Wellness Host

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the wellness center and explain available services
  • Conduct wellness orientations and assist with facility usage
  • Handle wellness bookings and guest inquiries professionally
  • Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the wellness reception area
  • Promote wellness retail products and specialized treatments

Qualifications:

  • Experience in guest relations or reception in luxury spa settings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and holistic living
  • Polished appearance with a warm and welcoming personality
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian
  • Proficiency in guest booking systems
  • Team player with high attention to detail
