Position: Wellness Host
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the wellness center and explain available services
- Conduct wellness orientations and assist with facility usage
- Handle wellness bookings and guest inquiries professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the wellness reception area
- Promote wellness retail products and specialized treatments
Qualifications:
- Experience in guest relations or reception in luxury spa settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about health, wellness, and holistic living
- Polished appearance with a warm and welcoming personality
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in guest booking systems
- Team player with high attention to detail
