Position: Wellness Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct all aspects of spa and wellness facility operations
- Develop wellness programs and signature treatment menus
- Manage wellness budget, revenue targets, and retail sales
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of wellness staff
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wellness management at luxury resorts
- Strong background in spa treatments and holistic wellness practices
- Excellent business acumen and financial management skills
- Leadership experience with large and diverse wellness teams
- Passion for Kimpton’s luxury lifestyle wellness philosophy
- Fluent in English; additional languages are highly valued
- Degree or certification in Wellness, Spa Management, or related field
