Position: Wellness Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate wellness appointment scheduling and therapist assignments
  • Assist in the daily administration of the wellness department
  • Manage wellness inventory and supplies orders
  • Provide administrative support for wellness programs and events
  • Ensure smooth communication between guests and wellness staff

Qualifications:

  • Administrative experience in a spa or wellness environment
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Indonesian
