Position: Wellness Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate wellness appointment scheduling and therapist assignments
- Assist in the daily administration of the wellness department
- Manage wellness inventory and supplies orders
- Provide administrative support for wellness programs and events
- Ensure smooth communication between guests and wellness staff
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience in a spa or wellness environment
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Proficient in wellness-related software and Microsoft Office
- Detailed-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy wellness center
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
