Position: Restaurant Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm, professional manner
- Manage table reservations and seating charts effectively
- Handle guest inquiries and phone bookings professionally
- Maintain a tidy and organized restaurant entrance area
- Assist servers during peak times when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a hostess in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished grooming and professional appearance
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation software (e.g., OpenTable)
- Positive, welcoming personality with strong hospitality mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred
- Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment
