Position: Wedding Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic wedding sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Ubud luxury market
  • Conduct personalized site inspections and presentations for prospective wedding couples and event planners
  • Manage the entire wedding sales cycle from initial inquiry and proposal to contract signing and final handover
  • Maintain strong relationships with local and international wedding vendors and agencies to drive referrals
  • Collaborate with the events and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution of wedding ceremonies and receptions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Wedding Sales Manager or similar role in a 5-star resort environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the Bali wedding market and current luxury event trends
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to create compelling proposals and handle high-volume inquiries with precision
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and event documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
