Position: Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Direct the engineering department to maintain all building structures and mechanical systems.
- Implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs across the luxury resort facilities.
- Manage department budgets, vendor contracts, and large-scale capital expenditure projects.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to achieve operational excellence in a 5-star environment.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field with extensive leadership experience.
- Proven track record as a Chief Engineer or Assistant in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and water treatment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills for high-standard properties.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and diverse technical teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for this role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric approach to facility management.
