Position: Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the Front Office department
- Strong background in luxury hospitality, preferably in a five star resort environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office
- Strategic thinker with a guest centric approach to service delivery
- Ability to manage departmental budgets and drive revenue growth
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and innovative spirit
