Position: CDP – Japanese Restaurant (Imamura & Shaku)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the Japanese kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet resort standards.
- Prepare and cook Japanese specialties for Imamura & Shaku with precision and care.
- Supervise and train Commis chefs in your section on proper cooking techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate food orders to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment according to HACCP standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie in a Japanese dining establishment or luxury resort.
- Deep understanding of Japanese food preparation, ingredients, and presentation.
- Strong technical skills in Japanese cuisine, particularly in specialized stations.
- Ability to lead a small team and maintain quality during peak service periods.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude toward professional development.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering authentic guest experiences.
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
