Position: Demi Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CDP in managing station operations and food preparation
- Supervise commis chefs in executing daily tasks correctly
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation at all times
- Monitor kitchen inventory and report supply needs
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety protocols strictly
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Demi Chef or senior commis in a reputable kitchen
- Strong fundamental cooking skills and culinary curiosity
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic leadership skills and a positive work attitude
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation
- Ability to work flexible and high-pressure shifts
