Position: Demi Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CDP in managing station operations and food preparation
  • Supervise commis chefs in executing daily tasks correctly
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation at all times
  • Monitor kitchen inventory and report supply needs
  • Adhere to all hygiene and safety protocols strictly

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Demi Chef or senior commis in a reputable kitchen
  • Strong fundamental cooking skills and culinary curiosity
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic leadership skills and a positive work attitude
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation
  • Ability to work flexible and high-pressure shifts
