Position: Demi Chef (Hot kitchen & Pastry)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the management of the hot kitchen or pastry section
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the hotel’s standards
- Prepare and cook specific dishes according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff or trainees
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience at the Supervisor level
- Specialization in Hot Kitchen or Pastry
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety
- Mampu bekerja sama dengan team
- Professional and responsible attitude
- Maximum 45 years of age
- Diploma or Vocational High School in Culinary Arts preferred
