Position: Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a specific section of the kitchen during shifts
  • Prepare and cook food items to exact menu specifications
  • Train and supervise junior chefs and commis in the section
  • Maintain hygiene standards and clean work areas according to code
  • Manage stock and portion control for the assigned section

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a CDP or Demi Chef in luxury kitchen environments
  • Strong technical cooking skills and culinary knowledge
  • Leadership potential with the ability to lead a small station
  • Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Detailed-oriented with a focus on dish consistency
  • Relevant culinary qualification or certification
