Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio, is a unique glamping destination located within the Sebong Lagoi tourism area on Bintan Island, offering a one of a kind safari themed experience with 100 luxury tents. The property is nestled directly alongside the Crystal Lagoon, the largest man made lagoon in Southeast Asia, and features a wide array of land and sea activities, a luxury spa, and specialized dining venues. We are currently seeking professional candidates for hotel jobs in Bintan who are eager to contribute to our lifestyle resort operations.

Position: Engineering Admin
Responsibilities:
- Manage departmental documentation and maintain organized filing systems for maintenance records.
- Coordinate work orders and schedule maintenance tasks for the engineering team.
- Monitor and record utility consumption data including electricity and water usage.
- Assist in inventory management for engineering tools, spare parts, and supplies.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports regarding departmental activities and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an engineering or maintenance department.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and other hotel departments.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work as part of a team and support the technical staff.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
