We are currently seeking professional candidates for hotel jobs in Bintan who are eager to contribute to our lifestyle resort operations.

Position: Engineering Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Manage departmental documentation and maintain organized filing systems for maintenance records.
  • Coordinate work orders and schedule maintenance tasks for the engineering team.
  • Monitor and record utility consumption data including electricity and water usage.
  • Assist in inventory management for engineering tools, spare parts, and supplies.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports regarding departmental activities and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an engineering or maintenance department.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data tracking.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and other hotel departments.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support the technical staff.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
