Position: Careline Operator
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming guest calls and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and service requests in the hotel system.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards for telephone etiquette and guest communication.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in a guest service or telephone operator role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and service oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems and basic office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
