Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Diploma III in hospitality management or a related field
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Customer focused and able to perform well under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills and able to respond promptly to guests’ needs
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a dynamic personality
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is required
