Position: Bell Captain
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma III in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related subject
- Proven experience in bell service or guest services within a hotel
- Able to supervise and support the bell team, ensuring efficient luggage handling and guest assistance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of organising staff schedules and managing daily operations
- Attention to detail in coordinating guest arrival and departure logistics
