Position: Spanish Jr. Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of authentic Spanish cuisine.
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development.
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality of food production.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen (HACCP).
- Manage food costs and inventory effectively.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certificate from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef with a specialization in Spanish cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Spanish ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Leadership skills to motivate and train the kitchen brigade.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a significant advantage.
- Creative and passionate about culinary arts.
