Position: Guest Experience Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the guest experience team to ensure personalized service
- Design and implement guest activities and experiences
- Handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service
- Train staff on guest interaction standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in guest experience or front office management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and guest-oriented mindset
- Leadership skills
- Able to join immediately
