Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily housekeeping operations including rooms, public areas, and laundry
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the resort
- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to maximize productivity
- Manage inventory, supplies, and departmental budget efficiently
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure quality control
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Executive Housekeeper in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a large team
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures and chemical handling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and order
- Good command of English
