Position: Sales Manager / Asst. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and corporate partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Lead sales activities and represent the hotel at industry events
Qualifications:
- Diploma degree in hospitality management or equivalent
- Min 1 year experience in hospitality industry in similar position
- Good inter-personal skills with customer and associates
- Excellent command in English, both written and oral
- Positive attitude, excellent grooming & good personal hygiene
