Position: Duty Manager (SGS-DUTY-MGR)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel areas
- Manage emergency situations effectively
- Support Front Office operations during peak times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Have strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English
- Able to work in shifts
