Position: IS&S (IT) Asst. Manager / Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure and systems
- Provide technical support to staff and guests ensuring minimal downtime
- Implement security protocols to protect data and network integrity
- Oversee IT projects and coordinate with vendors for system upgrades
- Train staff on new software and technology implementations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT management within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems, networks, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
