Position: IS&S (IT) Asst. Manager / Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure and systems
  • Provide technical support to staff and guests ensuring minimal downtime
  • Implement security protocols to protect data and network integrity
  • Oversee IT projects and coordinate with vendors for system upgrades
  • Train staff on new software and technology implementations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT management within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems, networks, and hardware
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English
