Position: Chief Steward
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the stewarding department to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all F&B areas
- Manage inventory of chinaware, glassware, and flatware
- Ensure proper maintenance and sanitation of kitchen equipment
- Coordinate with the culinary team to support kitchen operations
- Train staff on chemical usage and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in a stewarding leadership role within a hotel
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and detail-oriented
