Position: IT Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot hotel network and systems
- Assist guests with IT-related queries if needed
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
- Manage IT inventory and equipment
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science
- Experience in IT support, preferably in a hotel environment
- Knowledge of networking, servers, and hospitality systems
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle technical emergencies
