Position: Assistant Director of Finance & Business Support

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Finance in managing the hotel’s financial operations and business reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and local financial regulations.
  • Analyze financial data to provide strategic business support and revenue insights.
  • Oversee the finance team including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage tax related documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in hotel finance management, preferably at an assistant director level.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep understanding of luxury hotel financial standards and reporting cycles.
  • High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in English for professional business support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
