Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a high-end kitchen
- Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Team player with a positive attitude
