Position: Purchasing Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement of goods and services for all hotel departments in compliance with budget.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for quality and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all purchasing activities follow 5 star hotel financial and ethical standards.
- Analyze market trends and supply costs to provide strategic procurement advice.
- Supervise the finance purchasing team and manage inventory reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor in a luxury 5 star hotel environment.
- A visionary leader who is technology savvy with excellence in analytical skills.
- Strong office administration and communication skills for vendor management.
- Deep understanding of hotel operational needs and supply chain management.
- Familiar with hotel financial software and procurement systems.
- Detail oriented with high standards of integrity and transparency.
- Having pre-opening experience is a distinct advantage for this role.
