Position: Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, auditing, and financial reporting
- Develop, monitor, and control departmental operating budgets to ensure profitability
- Demonstrate financial acumen in managing tax compliance and internal controls
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to ownership and management
- Lead and develop the finance team through mentorship and performance management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a 4- or 5-star premium or luxury hotel environment
- Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of team development
- Demonstrated financial acumen and budget management experience
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication in both Bahasa and English
- Proven track record in financial reporting and auditing
