Position: Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the hotel management.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with standard accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage departmental budgets and optimize operational costs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Language proficiency in written and spoken English and Indonesia.
- Discipline, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
- Good attitude and well groomed professional appearance.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities regarding financial data.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
