Position: In Villa Dining Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the delivery of personalized in-villa dining services
- Ensure all orders are accurately prepared and promptly delivered
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of in-villa dining equipment
- Manage staff shifts and scheduling for the in-villa dining team
- Provide guest consultations on villa dining menus and experiences
Qualifications:
- Experience in room service or in-villa dining supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exacting standards for food presentation and service detail
- Leadership skills to manage a mobile service team
- Good communication in English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in hotel POS systems
- Ability to drive a buggy or buggy-like vehicle is a plus
