Position: IT Officer
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot hotel IT systems and networks
- Provide technical support to staff and handle guest IT inquiries
- Monitor IT security, backups, and system integrity
- Manage hotel hardware and software inventory
- Coordinate with IT vendors for system updates and repairs
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support or systems administration in a hotel
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, and hospitality software
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Detailed-oriented with a focus on system reliability
- Ability to stay updated on hospitality IT trends
