Position: Assistant Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in managing procurement operations for the resort.
- Negotiate with luxury vendors to ensure the best pricing and quality for supplies.
- Monitor and manage inventory cycles to avoid stockouts and minimize waste.
- Maintain cost efficiency while adhering to strict luxury brand standards.
- Ensure all incoming supplies meet the resort’s quality and safety specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Previous experience in hospitality purchasing, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with vendors.
- Good knowledge of local Bali vendors and international supply chains.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in procurement and inventory software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
