Position: Mixologist
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Head Bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale bar environment
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern mixology techniques
- Creative ability to design and develop innovative signature cocktail menus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a premium clientele
- Strong hospitality mindset with a commitment to high service standards
- Ability to manage bar operations, inventory, and cost control effectively
- Passionate, innovative, and energetic personality with a flair for presentation
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a significant advantage
