Position: Front Office Manager (SGS-FOM)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Have strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and guest service protocols
- Ability to manage department operations and financial targets
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
