Position: Purchasing Mandarin Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of goods and services from local and international vendors
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with Mandarin-speaking suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery of supplies while maintaining quality standards
- Review purchase orders and ensure alignment with budget allocations
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor performance
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in hotels
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in procurement
- Proficiency in accounting and procurement software
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple resort departments
