Position: Receiving Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Validate and receive all incoming goods and inventory against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure invoice accuracy for processing.
- Inspect quality and quantity of delivered items to ensure they meet resort specifications.
- Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams for efficient stock placement.
- Manage documentation for all returned goods and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a receiving or accounting clerk role.
- Relevant educational background in finance, accounting, or business.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Understand English in general and have basic computer literacy.
- Able to join immediately and support the resort’s operational flow.
- Reliable and maintain integrity in handling resort assets.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
