Position: Accounting Staff
Responsibilities:
- Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
- Verify expense reports and process payments for vendors and contractors.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents and invoices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or a related accounting role.
- Language proficiency in written and spoken English and Indonesia.
- Discipline, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good attitude and well groomed professional appearance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple financial tasks effectively.
