Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Front Office in a 4/5 star hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and guest handling abilities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Have strong hospitality and service attitude
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
